This is provided by the magnetic Lorentz force = B q v
Hence B q v = m v^2 / r
Or v/r = B q / m
But you know v/r = ω (angular frequency or angular velocity)
But ω = 2 π / T
So T = time period = 2 π / ω = 2 π / (B q / m) = 2 π m / B q
