Let the breadth = y
Let area be =z
Let perimeter be= p
Area of rectangle= length x breadth
So z= xy
Perimeter of rectangle = 2length + 2 breadth
So p=2x+2y
If 1 side is equal of triangle then
Perimeter of equilateral triangle = x+x+x=3x
