A is 4 times as fast as B.B worked for 6 days and then A joined.total it took 12 days to complete the work.in how many days A can finish the work alone

A can finish the work in 9 days because,B worked totally 12 days ,12 days work done by only B,A can complete the same work in 12/4 days i.e 3. A has done 6 days work according to the question,so finally 6+3=9 is the answer
