The answer is....if you evacuate th air.....all air will bbe pumped out...as a result, reducing the air pressure to zero.....now the balloon has air inflated in it....so the air exerts pressure on the inner part of balloon.....due to the more pressure inside the balloon.....the ballon bursts....as itcanthold the pressure....i hope you got it....its just like when a person is plunged into space...without suits....just bare....then his body would explode due to the blood pressure.....
