Given, radius of right circular cone = 7cm.

Given height of right circular cone = 24cm.

We know that slant height of right circular cone l^2 = r^2 + h^2

= > l^2 = (7)^2 + (24)^2

= > l^2 = 49 + 576

= > l^2 = 625

= > l = 25cm.

We know that Area of the sheet = πrl

= > (22/7) * ((7) * (25)

= > 22 * 25

= > 550 cm^2.

So, the area of sheet required for 1 cap = 550cm^2.

It was asked for 10 such caps.

So, 10 * 550

= > 5500 cm^2.

Answer:5500sq.cm

Step-by-step explanation:

r=7

h=24

.: l=25........(l^2=h^2+r^2)

Curved surface area=πrl

=22/7×7×25

550cm^2

.: For 10 caps=550×10

5500sq.cm
