junior:morning sir,actually sir i am very sorry but I will have to take another leave today.
boss:well I can see you have already taken two leaves this week.may I know the reason
junior:yes sir,as you know it's Diwali festival.it's my sister's first Diwali after her wedding so we have to send presents and sweets for her family.my parents are old they cannot go shopping due to health reasons.so I have to do a lot of shopping and arrange money for that.then tommorow I have to take all the things to her home.
boss:ok so it's a family issue.don't worry you can have some extra money as Diwali bonus for shopping.as you said you are done with shopping and just sent the gifts and sweets to your sister's home,ithink you won't be needing a whole day.you can take a half day leave tommorow at 3pm and then go celebrate at your sister's home.do you need any other help.
junior:thanks a lot sir.I was feeling very guilty about the third leave but you have showed me a good way to work and celebrate.
