Angle Of Elevation (@) = ???????

We have value of Hypotenuse and Base

so

Cos@=B/H

Cos@=7/14

Cos@=1/2

COS@=Cos60°

@=60°

So angle of elevation is 60°.

\green{\therefore{\text{Angle\:of\:elevation=}60^{\circ}}}

\orange{\bold{\underline{\underline{Step-by-step\:explanation:}}}}

• In the given question information given about a ladder of length 14 m touches the wall at a height 7 m.

• We have to find the angle of elevation.

 \green{\underline \bold{Given :}} \\ : \implies \text{Length\:of\: ladder= 14\: m} \\ \\ : \implies \text{Height\:of\:wall=7\:m}\\\\  \red{\underline \bold{To \: Find:}} \\ : \implies \text{Angle\:of\:elevation=  ?}

• Accroding to given question :

 \bold{in \:  \triangle \: ABC} \\   : \implies cos \:  \theta =  \frac{\text{Base}}{\text{Hypotenuse}}  \\  \\    : \implies cos\: \theta=  \frac{BC}{AC}   \\  \\  : \implies  cos\:\theta=  \frac{7}{14}  \\  \\  : \implies cos\:\theta=  \frac{1 }{2}  \\  \\  \green{ : \implies  \theta = 60^{\circ} }
