A ladder 15 m long just reaches the top of a vertical wall . if the ladder makes an angle of 60° with wall ,find the height of wall .

Let AB and AC be a wall and lader
BC = Distance between the bottom of lader and Wall.
Length of lader = 15 m
Sin30° = Perpendicular/Hypotenuse = Height of wall / Height of lader
1/2 = Height of wall / 15
Height of wall = 1/2 × 15
Height of wall = 7.5 m.
