A ladder 4.5m long is placed against a wall in such a way that the foot of the ladder is 2.7m away from the wall.Find the height of the wall to which the ladder reaches.​

h=4.5m

b=2.7m

by pythogorous therom we get...

h^2=p^2+b^2

(4.5)^2=p^2+(2.7)^2

20.25=p^2+7.29

20.25-7.29=p^2

12.26=p^2

3.50=p

therefore height=3.50
