A large cylindrical vessel of base diameter 30cm filled up to a height of 32cm with milk. The milk is
filled in small cylindrical glasses of radius 3cm, upto a height of 8cm, and sold for Rs. 5 each. How
much money does the shopkeeper receive by selling the milk completely?​

Answer:radius of large cylinder is=30/2

volume of large cylindrical vessel=πr^2h

=π×15×15×32

Volume of small cylinder=πr^2h

=π×3×3×8

No.of glasses=π×15×15×32/π×3×3×8

Then,we get

=100 glasses

Money taken by the shopkeeper if he sold glasses for rupees 5 each

Therefore,100×5

=500 rupees
