A large percentage of the earth is covered with water but still there isn't enough water to fulfill everyones basic needs.Why?​

Answer:because a large no. Of percentage of water is not suitable for drinking . Scientist do not have that technology to make the sea water free of salt . We humans have only 3 % of pure water . As we also reducing the ground water that's why we don't have that much of water to fulfill our needs

Yes it's true that we're having a large section of earth being coverd by water. IT's almost 3/4th part of the earth surface . But everywhere we don't have access to water . Like in #ANTARTICA it is very difficult to get access to water. And where we have the access to water like in water resources the watr isn't fit for doing every basic need becoz it's saline and impure. Hence availability of pure and usable is not enough to fulfil everyone's needs.
