A large volume of gas can be filled in a small container by compressing it as we know that gases are highly compressible in nature . as there are intermolecular space is more and intermolecular force of the between particles is less.

A large of gas can be filled in a small container as because the gas Molecules are very freely with each other So'the gas Can be compressed in the small container until its molecules are packed...

cocolala: liquids generally have lower density as compared to solids . but ice floats on water ! how ? explain ?
LacySMG: wait
cocolala: ..... ..... ..... ..... .....
LacySMG: When water freezes, water molecules form a crystalline structure maintained by hydrogen bonding. solid water or ice is less dense than liquid waiter. Ice Is less dense than water because the orientation of hydrogen bonds causes molecules to push farther apart, which lowers the density this is the reason why Ice is floats in water.
