a) Last year due to unseasonal rains the standing crops of the farmers were ruined.They were left starving.The Government tried to compensate the farmers by providing them monetary help to buy food and seeds for the next crop.For many,this monetary help was insufficient.Add more facts to the aforementioned reality.Make a summary and suggest what more the Government and NGOs could have done in this situation.

the government didn't provide farmers the right rate of their crops. because of this they cant repay their loan although the government provide HIV seeds to farmers so that they can increase their production but it also have adverse affect . The  farmer can not sow the natural seeds in his farmer after planting HIV seed and they have to purchase it from the shops on high rate every time.
The government should facilitate the farmers with right kind of mechanization of providing right amount to farmers for their crop.
