(a) Last year due to unseasonal rains the standing crops of the farmers were ruined.They were left starving.The Government tried to compensate the farmers by providing them monetary help to buy food and seeds for the next crop.For many,this monetary help was insufficient.Add more facts to the aforementioned reality.Make a summary and suggest what more the Government and NGOs could have done in this situation.
