let's assume that the length and breadth of the lawn are L and B

now according to the question it is given that
L/B = 3/2
2L = 3B.........(i)

and
L x B = (1/6)
(3B/2) x B = (1/6)
B² = (1/9)
B = (1/3) hectares
and from equation (i)

L = (3/2)(1/3)
L = (1/2) hectares

hi there

Let, length = 2x metres and breadth = 3x metres.

Now, area` = (1/6 xx 10000) m^2`

`= (5000/3) m^2`

`:. 2x xx 3x = (5000)/3 or x^2 = 2500/9 or x = (50/3) m.`

:. Length` = 2x = (100)/(3) m`

`= 33 1/3 m & Breadth = 3x = (3 xx 50/3)` m

`= 50 m.`

Thank you
