here's the answer...
Height of wall = 12m
Distance from the ladder to wall = 9m
(12)^2 + (9)^2 = (x)^2
144 + 81 = (x)^2
225 = x^2
15 = x
Height of ladder
= 15 m

=》12^2 + 9^2 = x^2
