let be fix charge be x and aditional charge by so 1st eq is :- 3x + 4y = 27 and 2nd eq is :- 3x+ 2y = 21 from eq 1 x= 27-4y / 3 put in this valu in eq in eq 2 we get 27- 4y +2y= 21 so y = 3 and x= 5
