Given Focal length f = -10cm.

                                   = -0.1m.

We know that power = 1/f

                                    = 1/-0.1

                                    = -10D.

The power is -10D and nature is concave(Since focal length is -ve).

Hope this helps!

solution.

focal length, f = -10 cm

or , -0.1 m

we know that;
power, D = 1/f (in meter)

=> D = -1/0.1

=> D = -10

Hence, power of lens = -10D

we know that concave lens haveing power in negative.

so, it is a concave lens.

hope it helps.
