Dear Bittu,
Haven’t heard from you for a while. How are you? Hope aunt Peggy and uncle Prince are doing fine. How is your fitness time table going on?
Giving weight to your suggestions, I changed my diet plans and am working out for an hour a day. I’m taking oats, milk and an apple for breakfast. I find it a bit difficult but as you said, yes it keeps me healthy and bright throughout the day.
The last time we’ve met, you were discussing laughter clubs. My office is initiating a laughter club which runs twice in a week for half an hour per day. I was wondering if I should enroll my name.
I remember you stating that laughter exercises are of a great boon to acquire a healthy mind and a healthy body. Can you please describe and state the pros and cons of a laughter club so I can take the decision accordingly. I would also make the necessary arrangements and take the necessary precautions before I start attending the classes.
Hoping to hear back from you soon.

Dear Akash:
I hope this letter finds you in great health and state of mind. Well, in response to your enquiry whether you should join a laughter club or not, I would advise you to try it for a month. Undoubtedly, laughter promotes health. Research has confirmed laughter strengthens our immune system, boosts energy, and protects us from the damaging effects of stress.
If you find the experience at the club good, then you can continue going there. The rest is fine. Give parnam to uncle and aunt.
Yours lovingly,
Anant
