Dear Sir
Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper I, Rishabh Bansal,a resident of Shahibaugh wish to share my thoughts on the increasing insomnia among the Youth these days.
Most of the time the youth of our nation stay glued to mobile phones which has made them its slave. Such is the addiction of using mobile phones and social media that they themselves deprive them of sleep. Sleep which is so important for the proper functioning of our brain. Nowadays the youth sleep at 3AM and wake up at 11 AM in the morning shamelessly. What a waste of the valuable time. Instead of giving their stressed body some relaxation, they are busy uploading pictures on Social media and laughing on totally meaningless jokes making their life a joke itself.
This insomnia has made our Youth less efficient and has made a deep pit in their concentration level. In Gujarat only 10 students could make it above 90% in 12th Science result declared a few days ago. This is a total result of increasing insomnia.
I hope you would publish my letter in your newspaper and the concerned parents would keep a check on their children so that the disease of insomnia will not spread.
Thanking You
Yours Faithfully
Rishabh Bansal
