A letter to the principal asking for school improvement can be written as follows:

Respected Sir,

With due respect, I would like to say that our school needs certain improvements so that the teaching experience can be enhanced. I would suggest that as computers have become a necessary part of the modern word, we need to build a computer room in the school. Teaching computer to the student has become a must. We also need to place some more books in the library as we started with a very small collection and some books from it have been lost. A canteen set up also needs to be done because every school has a canteen and it is a making contribution to bring more students for the school.

I hope that you will look upon my suggestions.

                                                                                            Yours respectfully,

                                                                                                  A B C
