Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter in reference to the lost bag of mine in the Chennai express on 2nd of October 2016.I travelled from Coimbatore to Salem in the coach S4 and my seat number was 45. Unfortunately, when Salem was about to reach, I realized that my travel bag was missing.

Although, I screamed and alerted co-passengers about the missing bag, there was no concrete information from anyone. At that moment, I was very much frustrated as the travel bag that I lost had all my education and experience certificates. My travel to Coimbatore was related to an interview and I made it through as well.

To complete the joining formalities with the company I am supposed to submit my original certificates as early as possible. Although, I made a request to universities and old companies for the issuance of my duplicate certificates, I believe a quick search action from Railways would certainly help to get my bag.
