(hey there, you don't tell which organization so I am writing the letter format then the body according to me)
Format of the letter (formal) -
- Sender's address {write your address}
- Reciever's address {write organization name or address, start with To, The manager}
- Leave a line
- write date
- leave a line
- Subject
- Salutation {Respected principal or, Mr. XYZ etc}
- Body of the letter {3 paragraphs}
- Yours faithfully or, obediently
