Dear cousin,
                      i'm now well here and hope that you along with family will also be well there. 
As you know, i was suffering from illness. now i'm totally normal. it's only due to proper medicines and the love that i had got from my family and with your blessings.  

  when i was ill, many illegal thoughts was coming to my mind, but i don't want to look onto them.

 Now i'm very happy after covering to my illness.
