I shall now tell you something about my state Andhra Pradesh. It is one of the five states in South India. Although the state is dominated by Muslims, people of other religions such as Hindus live in harmony here. Our state has some of the best infrastructure in the whole of South India. We celebrate a wide range of festivals throughout the year. Andhra Pradesh has a lot of interesting museums worth visiting.
Andhra cuisine is known to be tangy and spicy. While some areas consume millet based breads as their traditional foods, other areas prefer rice. The curries, sweets and snacks also vary from region to region. Spicy pickles are an important part of Telugu cuisine.
