A light ray strikes a horizontal plane mirror at an
angle of 30°. A second plane mirror is arranged at
an angle o with it. If the light ray after reflection
from second plane mirror goes horizontally
parallel to first mirror, then determine the value of
angle e.

30

If I understand this question correctly, the angle of reflection should be 30 degrees with respect to the mirror as well. The angle of the incoming ray and the angle of the ray that is reflected will always be the same.

The ray that is coming in is called the Indcident ray and the angle that it makes with an imaginary line perpendicular to the surface of the mirror is called the angle of incidence. The angle of incidence and the angle of reflection are always the same. (This is true as long as the mirror is flat.)
