The Doppler effect also known as the Doppler shift is the overall change in frequency or wavelength of a wave in relation to an observer that is moving relative to the wave source.  

According to doppler’s principle λ = √1-v/c/ 1+v/c for v = c

λ = 5500 √( 1 – 0.8) / ( 1+ 0.8) = 1833.3
