let x intercept be a then y intercept = 4a/3

now eq would be x/a + y / (4a/3) = 1  ⇒  x/a + 3y/4a = 1

 (3,2) satisfies it

           ⇒3/ a +  3 (2)/4a = 1 ⇒  12+6/4a = 1 ⇒ 18 = 4a ⇒ a = 9/2

so x intercept = 9/2            and y intercept = 6

so eqn gonna be  x/(9/2)  +  y/6 = 1

⇒  4x + 3y = 18
