Given that,

Number of electron n= 20

We need to calculate the charge on drop

Using formula of charge

Q= ne

Where, Q = charge

n = number of electron

e = charge of electron

Put the value into the formula

Q=20\times1.6\times10^{-19}

Q=3.2\times10^{-18}\ C

Hence, The charge on drop is 3.2\times10^{-18}\ C
