the original frequency is F.
now we know that when the source is moving toward the listner then according to doppler effect the frequency of the sound will be
f”=v*F/v-b = 340F/340–34 assource is moving with 1/10 of speed of sound so we have put b=340/10=34 as speed of sound in air is 340m/s
f”=340F/306=10F/9
now the ratio will be
f”/F=10F/9F
= 10/9 answer
