\textbf{\huge{ANSWER:}}

Given:

Dimensions of the land = 80 m , 60 m

Dimensions of the swimming pool = 20 m , 6 m

To find:

The cost of putting grass on the remaining land at Rs. 30 per square metre

Solution:

Area of remaining land = Area of total land - Area of swimming pool

Area of total land = 80 × 60 sq. m
=》 Area = 4800 sq. m ...(1)

Area of swimming pool = 20 × 6 sq. m
=》 Area = 120 sq. m ...(2)

Area of remaining land = (1) - (2)
=》 4800 - 120 sq. m
=》 4680 sq. m

Cost = Area of remaining land × Cost per sq. m
=》 4680 × 30
=》 \textbf{Rs. 140400}

Hope it Helps!! :)
