We know,
Simple Interest [S.I.] = P×R×T/100
Principal [P] = ₹ 2,000
Rate [R] = 11 % p.a.
Time [T] = 2 years
∴ Simple Interest = ₹ 2000×11×2/100
= ₹ 20×11×2
= ₹ 440
