12 litres contain 20% liquid and 80% water
12 litres== 2.4L liquid, 9.6 L water

10 litres of another liquid contain 30% liquid and 70% water
10 litres== 3 L liquid, 7 L water
Total mixture = 22 litres
Total water = 16.6 litres
% water in the new mixture = 16.6/22 * 100 = 75.45% (approx)

Answer:

fraction of 20%=1/5

30% =3/10

means , Water : Liquid       Total

             ( 5        :         1              6) * 13

             (10        :        3            13) * 6

--------------------------------------------------------

             65         :        13            78

        +   60         :        18            78

--------------------------------------------------------

             125        :         31

               |_difference_ |

                         94

So now,  (94/125)*100=75.2%     Ans
