Answer:

He got 80 thousand rupee by selling his one-fifth land at a loss of 20%.

He got 2 lakh 50 thousand rupee by selling his two-fifth land at a profit of 25%.

Total, he got 3 lakh 30 thousand rupee.

Overall profit of 10% from 5 lakh= 5 lakh 50 thousand.

The remaining land he must sell at (5 lakh 50 thousand - 3 lakh 30 thousand = 2 lakh 20 thousand rupee) if he want to make an overall profit of 10%.
