So,

  • Man will complete 1/4 of total work in 1 day.

Woman can complete total work in 12 days.

1 day's work of both man and women :-

1 day's work of man and women = 1 day's work of man + 1 day's work of women.

→ 1 day's work of man and women = \dfrac{1}{4}+\dfrac{1}{12}
