total distance = 10(2πr) + 1/2 (2πr)
= 10 (2×22/7×28) +
1/2 (2×22/7×28)
= 10(2×22×4)+1/2(2×22×4)
= 10 ×176 + 1/2 × 176
= 1760 + 88
= 1848 m

= 5×60
= 300 seconds
speed = 1848/300 = distance / time
= 6.16 m/s
velocity = displacement/time
= 88/300
= 0.2933333 m/s
