That's a really easy riddle. You tell us the man is wearing all black as a pointless detail. The car without any lights seems to prove a role, and it does. Any normal car not having any lights on is clearly driving during the day, the bright skied day! Now that we know that the man was walking around the corner during the day, like I said, the man wearing black is a pointless clue trying to focus the viewer’s attention that he is wearing a dark color and the car might be driving in a dark time.
