A woman with blood group O can have only one set of alleles that is OO (recessive) and man with blood group B can have alleles either as BB (homozygous) or BO (heterozygous).
If the man carries the allele BB, then all possible genotypes present in child will be BO. Hence, the chance of getting blood group as B will be 100%.
If the man carries the alleles BO, then possible genotypes in child will be BO and OO. Hence, in this case there will be 50% chances of getting blood group B and 50% chances of getting blood group O.

Akansha04: What is alleles
Tsuparna: It is variant form of a given gene.
BadaSaGadha: Yes, you are perfectly correct, i hope scholard like you exist
BadaSaGadha: sholars*
BadaSaGadha: the other answer is tottaly wrong
Tsuparna: Thanks for the compliment but scholar does not suit me.
Tsuparna: U guys r the ones who r eager for knowlegde. U r the real scholar.
