A man holds a 10 kg box 2 m above the ground. What is the work done?

mass of boy=10 kg
distance travelled by boy=2m
we know the relation 
work done = force x displacement
so force = mass x g
therefore, force = 10 x 10
                           =100N
therefore work done= 100 x 2 
                                    = 200 J
