Solution :-

Let the capital be 100

Interest on half capital=50×10×1/100=5

Interest on one third =100×9×1/3×100=3

Interest on =(100-50-100/3)×12×1/100

=> 50×12/300=2

Total Interest = 5+3+2 = 10

Hence, 10=100×R×1/100

R=10

Required rate = 10%
