son's age = x

AFTER 10 YEARS
son's age= x+10
father's age = 3(x+10){2}
SO,
fathers age after 10 years = x+26+10--------{1}

so,
x+26+10=3(x+10)
x+26+10=3x+30
36-30=3x-x
6=2x
x=6/2
