Solutions :-

Let the son's age be x
Father's age = 4x
After 10 years, Age of son = x + 10
Age of father = 4x + 10

According to the question,

=> 2(x + 10) = 4x + 10
=> 2x + 20 = 4x + 10
=> 2x - 4x = 10 - 20
=> - 2x = - 10
=> x = - 10/-2 = 5

Hence,
Age of son = x = 5 years
Age of father = 4x = 4 × 5 = 20 years

Age of Father = (4x + 10)

A.T.Q.

(4x + 10) = 2( x + 10)
