The child could be A+ , B+, AB+ or even O+
It depends on the father and mother whether they are heterozygous A /B+or homozygous A/B+ respectively.
If both are heterozygous I.e father is Ai and mother is Bi , then there is 25% chance of the child being A+, B+, AB+, O+ each
If parents are homozygous i.e father is AA and mother is BB, then the child will be AB+ only
If father is Ai and mother is BB, then there is a 50% chance of the child being AB+ and B+ each
If father is AA and mother is Bi, then there is a 50% chance of the child being AB+ and A+ each
