It is because the virus of AIDS attack on the immune system and worsen it.
So, when a person is suffering from a very mild disease, the immune system can't even fight it off and it turns into a dangerous disease.

because in aids it affects our immunity system.Through which a person is unable to fight off minor infections. Any bacteria or viruses can attack him easily.
