a man of 55 kg is holding a bucket of mass 25 kg. he walks 50 m on a level road at a constant speed of 3ms -1 and then climbs up a hill of hight 20m. the work done by the man is ( g = 10 ms -2 )

force = mass × gravitation acceleration
f = 55 + 25 × 10
f = 80 × 10
f = 800 N

now ,
total distance covered by the man = 50 + 20
= 70 m
work done = force × displacement
w = 800 × 70
w = 56000 J
therefore work done by the man is 56000 J
