The Newton’s Third Law of Motion states that to every reaction, there is an equal but opposite reaction. So, if the first man, regardless of his mass, exerts a force upon the second man, he also exerts an equal but opposite ‘reaction’ force upon the first man. And so, according to Newton’s Third Law of Momentum, since the first man exerts a force of 100N to the second, he will also exert a force of 100N to the first, regardless of his mass.
