W=mg

=100×10 where, g=9.8 but we take

=1000 approx 10

Answer:

981 Newton

Given Data:

Mass = 100 kg

We know that,

Weight = Mass × Acceleration due to gravity

Weight = mg

Weight = 100 kg × 9.81 m/s^2

Weight = 981 kg.m/s^2

( As 1 Newton = 1 kg.m/s^2)

Weight = 981 Newton

So, if a man of mass 100 kg has a weight of 981 Newton on surface of earth.
