A man pulls a bucket full of water from h metre deep well. If the mass of the rope is m and mass of bucket full of water is M, then work done by the man is

(1) \: ( \frac{M}{2}  + m)gh \\  \\ (2) \: ( \frac{M + m}{2} )gh \\  \\ (3) \: (M +  \frac{m}{2} )gh \\  \\ (4) \: (M + m)gh

Answer with explanation please!!

Work done is equal to option (3).
