let price of second of watch be
x
loss on this watch =
 \frac{10}{100}  \times x =  \frac{x}{10}
profit on first watch =
3450 \times  \frac{15}{100  }  =  \frac{5175}{10}
now according to question gain and loss is zero
 \frac{5175}{10}   -   \frac{x}{10}  = 0 \\ 5175 - x = 0  \\ x = 5175
so price of second watch is 5175
