Selling price= 250
profit Percentage = 14%
we know that
cost price + (Profit Percentage ×cost price) = 250
cost price + ( cost Price × 14%) = 250
Let Cost price be x
x + (x ×14%) = 250
x + 0.14x = 250
1.14x = 250
x = 250/1.14
x = 219 = cost price
profit = selling price - cost price = 250 - 219 = 31
No.of calculator Sold = No .of calculators Sold Per day × no.of days = 1 × 19 = 19
profit (Total) = 31 × 19 = 589
profit Percentage = 14%
we know that
cost price + (Profit Percentage ×cost price) = 250
cost price + ( cost Price × 14%) = 250
Let Cost price be x
x + (x ×14%) = 250
x + 0.14x = 250
1.14x = 250
x = 250/1.14
x = 219 = cost price
profit = selling price - cost price = 250 - 219 = 31
No.of calculator Sold = No .of calculators Sold Per day × no.of days = 1 × 19 = 19
profit (Total) = 31 × 19 = 589
